Details: Trealy Farm Charcuterie is a small family-run farm business. Usng a blend of tradition and innovation we make a range of delicious sausages, dry cure bacons and hams as well as continental-style delights rarely made in the UK., such as salamis, proscuitto ham, 100% meat sausages (including Chorizo and Toulouse) and cooked/smoked eastern european style sausages such as bratwurst or cabanos. At Trealy all meat either sourced direct from the the farm or other local farms. All animals are traditional breeds raised to high welfare standards, free ranging and fed on a natural diet. Where to buy our products You can order Trealy Farm Charcuterie direct from the farm (minimum postal order of £50) or we can arrange local delivery (free within 5 miles). You will also find our products at the following Farmer’s Markets: * Usk (1st and 3rd Saturdays in the Month) * Monmouth (4th Saturday in the Month) * Riverside (Cardiff – 3rd Sunday in the Month) * Bristol Slow Food Market (1st Sunday in the month) * Retail includes: The Ludlow Food Centre, Neston Park Farm Shop, Truffles Deli (Ross on Wye), Jolly’s of Goodrich * Are You A Small Producer of Quality Pigs?
